A search service for tenants planning six-month or longer stays in Krabi province. Living here requires understanding seasonal rhythms, transportation realities, and the balance between natural appeal and practical convenience.
This service provides that understanding, presenting a curated selection of properties with contextual guidance. Each recommendation addresses both the appeal and the considerations of each location. Viewings are accompanied. Lease review and settling support are standard.

Tropical Stewardship
Monthly care for rented homes in Krabi's tropical coastal environment. Covers humidity management, ventilation walks, pest monitoring, storm preparation during monsoon months, cleaning coordination, and landlord communication.
Photo documentation is provided with each visit. Particularly important in this climate, where consistent attention prevents small issues from becoming larger ones. Well-suited for tenants who travel or maintain homes in multiple locations.
